To gain initial entry through the communal door, we had to use a specialist tool as it was secured with an electronic maglock system.
Once inside, we used different specialist tools to pick the customer’s flat door open, causing no damage to the door or lock. Our customer was able to retrieve their spare keys from inside their property.
